Enquiries and bookings

We use your contact details, vehicle information and preferred appointment date to respond to your request and arrange the service you ask for. Fields asking for extra details are optional. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in your message.

Website booking details are stored with Supabase. Booking notifications use Resend where enabled. Online card payments, where available, are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

WhatsApp and other websites

Enquiry buttons and enquiry forms open WhatsApp with a prepared message. You must send that message in WhatsApp to contact us. WhatsApp, Autotrader and other linked services handle information under their own privacy notices.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Necessary browser storage may remember interface preferences or keep an administrator signed in. Hosting and linked services may process technical information needed to provide their services.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, email sales@carplatform.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, accounting or legal obligations.
